Day 1

Ben Gurion Airport / Tel Aviv
Arrival to Ben-Gurion airport, meet & assist at the passport control, then transfer to the hotel Tel-Aviv. Take a short walking tour in the old city of Jaffa. Enjoy dinner at a very special wine bar in Jaffa.
Overnight: Tel-Aviv

Day 2

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Drive North to the wine road in the Carmel area, Visit 2 wineries at the Carmel area, with lunch at one of the wineries. Walk around the interesting streets of Zichron Yaacov, one of the settlement of the first immigration to Israel. Drive to Daliat-El-Carmel to the Druze village. Walk around the village to learn about the Druze culture. Enjoy an authentic Druze Dinner with a short folklore music segment. Proceed to Haifa for check in at the hotel.

Day 3

Haifa / Pkeiin
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then get an overview on Haifa from the Louie pedestrian. Visit the beautiful Bahai Gardens and proceed to Wadi Nisnas for the co-existence walk — see artwork from Arab and Israeli artists around the Wadi. Lunch at the local falafel canteen is highly recommended! Drive to Pkeiin in the Western Galilee. Walk around the interesting village of Pkeiin, where Christian Arabs, Druze and one ancient Jewish family have lived. We will visit the special small soap factory that was established by a Druze woman. Continue to our hotel in Tiberias for check in.

Day 4

Tiberias / Birkat Ram
After breakfast at the hotel, we will open our morning with a nice boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Then we drive up north where our first visit will be at the Olive Mill Press to learn about olive oil production as well as conduct some tasting. Visit the Golan Brewery for lunch, where a new beer is being now manufactured from Golan mineral water. Continue for a visit to the famous Golan winery for a tour & tasting. We will end our day driving with an amazing panoramic view from Mt. Bental, visiting the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram and the Druze villages.
Overnight: Tiberias

Day 5

Safed / Rosh Pina / Beit-Shean
Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Safed. Walk in the old city of Safed and visit the artist colony. We will visit a couple of local dairies for a tour, taste their gourmet cheeses and hear their stories. Proceed to Rosh Pina — there, we will have a sweet experience at a small chocolate factory. Continue to Nazareth for a tour of the old city and we will stop at a local restaurant to taste a local hummus made on the spot. We will then drive to Beit-Shean for a visit to the Archeological site. Our dinner will be at a special restaurant with Galilean food, using herbs and spices from the Galilee to prepare their unique food. Drive to Jerusalem for hotel check-in.
Overnight: Jerusalem

Day 6

Breakfast at the hotel, then drive for a great overview from Mt. Scopus and a brief explanation about Jerusalem. Tour the old city walking by the important sites for all 3 religions. Free time for lunch in the old city. Proceed for an Ethnic group tour in the neighborhoods around the Mahane Yehuda market to meet the different ethnic groups and taste some of their ethnic food.
Free evening, dinner at your leisure.

Day 7

Dead Sea / Massada / Jerusalem
Breakfast at the hotel, then drive south to the Dead Sea region. Visit Masada, ascend and descend by cable car. Lunch and swim at one of the Spa hotels in the Dead Sea. In the afternoon we drive to Yatir winery, where the location is part of the desert but due to the high altitude, the cool temperatures allow them to have a great winery in the desert. At the end of the tour we will taste their wines with dinner.

Day 8

After breakfast at the hotel we will visit Yad Vashem National Memorial and Museum of the Holocaust. We drive to the outskirts of Jerusalem where we will be hosted at a Yemeni house. There, we will learn about the culture, listen to some songs and have lunch with authentic food from the Yemeni ethnic group. Continue with visits to local wineries and goat cheese farm. Back to the hotel for rest. We will have our farewell dinner in a private room at one of the gourmet restaurants in Jerusalem.

Breakfast at the hotel
Check out from the hotel and transfer to Ben-Gurion airport for the departure transfer
